Guest Regulations

To make your stay at Rancho San Antonio more pleasant and comfortable, we provide below the internal regulations for our guests:

GUESTS. All persons staying at Rancho San Antonio are subject to these regulations for the duration of their stay. This document is considered a binding contract. Failure to comply may result in the management reserving the right of admission and stay. A guest is defined exclusively as the person(s) who have completed the check-in process.

PRIVACY. Your personal data is protected in accordance with the personal data protection law and will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is no later than 11:00 a.m. Late check-out is subject to availability. If you wish to extend your stay, please make the request at least 2 hours in advance.

NO SMOKING. Smoking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited. Please use the designated smoking area.

PROHIBITED. Firearms, explosives, flammable materials, drugs, or similar substances are not allowed on the premises.

VALUABLES. If you wish to store valuables, cash, or documents, you may do so at your own risk and responsibility.

PROPERTY DAMAGE. Any damage or loss caused by the guest to property, towels, or hotel equipment must be paid for according to the value set by the establishment.

Please avoid allowing minors to run in wet areas without adult supervision. THERE ARE NO LIFEGUARDS ON DUTY.

HEALTH CONDITIONS. Guests must inform management of any illness, infection, or contagious disease during their stay so that proper sanitary measures may be taken.

FORGOTTEN ITEMS. The hotel is not responsible for forgotten items in common areas. In case items are left in the room, the guest has 30 days to claim them. After this period, the hotel accepts no responsibility.

NOISE. Loud music, shouting, or disturbing noises are not permitted in the rooms or common areas. Please respect the rest and tranquility of others.

TOURS & ACTIVITIES. By participating in tours or activities, guests agree that they are in proper physical condition and release Rancho San Antonio from any responsibility, accident, or incident derived from them.

THIS REGULATION WILL BE PUBLISHED ON THE WEBSITE www.ranchosanantonio.com.co AND IN ALL ROOMS. NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THESE POLICIES WILL BE SUFFICIENT REASON TO CANCEL THE LODGING CONTRACT, WITHOUT ANY LEGAL LIABILITY FOR THE HOTEL.
